Google claimed the top spot in Style-Control testing while ranking Second in AI Agent Lab.
On Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November, Anthropic secured the top position on three major AI model leaderboards. The company led LiveBench's Overall ranking, the Code Arena WebDev category, and the AI Agent benchmark. These results placed Anthropic ahead of competitors such as OpenAI, Google and Meta.
In the Image-editing category, OpenAI emerged as the leading provider. Its model outperformed all others on the Image Edit AI leaderboard at the close of October. The ranking was confirmed on Sunday 1 November.
Google claimed the number-one spot in the Style-Control testing mode of the AI model leaderboard. Google's lead came despite Anthropic's broader dominance in other categories.
In the AI Agent Lab ranking, Google placed Second behind Anthropic. The result highlighted Google's continued strength in Agent-based tasks.
All six leaderboard outcomes were finalized by the end of October 2026. The rankings illustrate a split of leadership, with Anthropic and Google each excelling in different test suites while OpenAI secured a niche victory.
